About this app

Dotcom puts your store in your hand. Check the orders that came in overnight, fulfil them, adjust stock while you are standing in front of it, and answer a customer without opening a laptop.

ORDERS
Every order with its payment and fulfilment status. Open one for the full picture, fulfil with tracking, refund, cancel, or start a return. Line-item details come through too, so a ring size or an engraving note is in front of you while you pack.

PRODUCTS
Your whole catalogue, searchable and filterable. Edit a product, adjust inventory by a signed amount with a reason, manage variants, prices and SKUs, and scan a barcode to find an item fast.

CUSTOMERS AND CRM
Contact details, order history, tags and addresses. Contacts, tasks and callbacks, with reminders that reach you.

ACTIVITY
The store's own event log. What changed, when, and to what - stock that ran out overnight, a price someone edited, an order that was paid.

WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT
Everything you have opened is cached on the device. Open the app in a lift or a stockroom and your catalogue and orders are still there, with an honest note about when they were last synced. Writes need a connection; reading does not.

BUILT FOR ONE HAND
Every action answers immediately - the button responds under your thumb before the network does. An order arriving while the app is open announces itself. Face ID or your device passcode can re-lock the app after it has been in your pocket.

Dotcom is for merchants on the Dotcom commerce platform. You will need a store to sign in.

Forms and sheets now stay above the keyboard, and this version includes bug fixes and reliability improvements.
