The scorebook built for the real game. No spreadsheets, no paper, no arguments just tap and score, ball by ball.
Double Wicket is made for gully cricket pairs formats played in streets, parks, and grounds across India. Whether it's a boys match with standard rules or a girls match with modified rules, Double Wicket keeps the score accurately so you can focus on the game.
HOW IT WORKS
Pick your format, set up your teams and overs, and start scoring. Every ball is recorded with a single tap. Runs, wides, no-balls, wickets, boundaries all tracked live. When the match ends, get a full over-by-over summary and share the result instantly.
GULLY BOYS FORMAT
The standard gully cricket pairs rules:
• Wide or No-ball = extra delivery bowled (ball does not count)
• 6 legal balls per over
• Wicket = −2 runs deducted from the team's net score
• Boundaries: 4s and 6s score as normal
• Pairs system — all batters bat, no one gets retired
GULLY GIRLS FORMAT
Modified rules designed for the girls game:
• Wide or No-ball = counts as a legal ball + 2 runs added to the batting team
• 6 balls per over (every ball counts, no extra deliveries)
• Wicket = −2 runs deducted from the team's net score
• Pairs system — all batters bat continuously
SCORING SYSTEM
Both formats use the Double Wicket net scoring method:
Runs scored are added to the total
Each wicket lost deducts 2 runs from the net score
Final score = Total runs − (Wickets × 2)
The team with the higher net score wins
Tied net scores = match tied
