⭐☆☆☆☆ Paid in advance because there's no Cash on Delivery option. I ordered a Hot & Spicy Streetwise 2 but received the wrong meal. I returned it immediately, untouched, after both the rider and KFC acknowledged the mistake. Despite this, Duka Direct refused to replace the order or issue a refund. I was forced to order from another app just to get my meal. Very disappointing customer service. I won't be using this app again.

Definitely a faster app now. Their services have always been incredible. This has been my go-to for over a year now! However, I personally prefer the old look and feel, this is not very user friendly anymore. Too crowded, smaller icons, not a great flow anymore. Else would've given all the 5 stars. Also no more cash on delivery for those that care.

The deliveries take very long and customer service is very unhelpful and rude. It happened more than once that after waiting for 1 hour for my food they called me to tell me that my order was canceled. I had to go to bed hungry and frustrated. Refunds are not being processed and they are very unappreciative to their customers. I am deleting the app for good and cannot recommend this app to anyone.
