Booked my bus using this app with a ticket showing departure at 20:00, only to arrive and be told the actual time was 22:00. No update, no notification, nothing. Completely unreliable and this kind of mistake wastes passengers’ time and causes stress. If travel times aren’t accurate, what’s the point of the app? Shittiest app ever.

My major issue is that when notifications pop up, opening them does't lead directly to the specific content. That defeats the purpose of the notification. It's only logical that if a notification comes up, it should lead to exact advertised content otherwise the notifications are useless and annoying. Apart from that consider improving the UI at the Home page. And adding food(menu) photos will make this a PERFECT app. The app is a brilliant idea and will give 5* if this is worked on.
