Tried to get a refund within an hour of buying a ticket and the organizer refused and app doesn't enforce anything. I highly prefer eventbrite

this app is straight up garbage, tickets don't load and anytime someone tries to send tickets the link it provides just takes you to the home screen instead of allowing you to add them to your account.

this is the worst app I've come across. Events don't load at times, u need to reopen multiple times. What am I supposed to do at the event check-in? Certain events literally don't have any description. The developers should make it mandatory to have something for customers
