For Tradespeople
Looking for new work, or a clearer way to run jobs with homeowners? Create a company profile, complete Fort's checks, browse open projects, submit quotes, and message clients. Manage stages on hired jobs, record variation orders when scope changes, and receive payouts when a homeowner releases a secured milestone.

Milestone payments
Funds can be secured for an agreed stage and released when that work is complete. Homeowners pay against finished stages; tradespeople can start knowing funds for that milestone have been secured. Payments are for real-world construction services.

Documents and project updates
Upload plans, photos, and files to a project. View stage-linked invoices and receipts as work progresses.

If a disagreement arises on a project, Fort support can help homeowners and tradespeople resolve it, and may appoint an independent chartered surveyor if required.
