It's a good online shopping app, I have literally no complaints against the products, the products are non used and original, if not then there's a option to report it which is good. However, my main complaint is to the delivery system. I thought the things were going like same as your terms and conditions but nah, they delivered the product after 4-5 days and most of them lie about when it will be delivered. So add a track system about the delivery man and also the it takes much time to load

They are really trusted. I bought several products from gadstyle, every time I became happy with product quality. Their delivery is also fast, But I think they should avoid "pathao" as their delivery partner, they are realy bad and don't deliver directly to home. They can use "redx". One important thing is, though there app is good and improving day by day. It should be more user friendly, specially search option..

Not recommended. Had the worst experience in online shopping. They sent me a faulty used product.I Didn't record the unpacking video, that's why they refused to exchange it. But while returning it back for replacing they had no requirements, just kept the product and told that they would repair/replace. They sent the same faulty product again for which I had to pay the Courier charge. Even, if I recorded the unpacking video, i guess they wouldn’t replace or repair. BE AWARE!
