About this app

TruSentinel is the digital register for your office gate. It replaces the paper visitor book and the post-room ledger with one simple app for security staff, admins and employees.

Visitor register
• Check visitors in at the gate with their photo and ID proof
• See everyone who is inside right now and check them out with one tap
• Search and browse the full visitor log
• A daily overview of who came and went

Post room
• Log every courier and parcel as it arrives, with photos of the cover (front and back) and the delivery person
• The receiver is notified straight away
• Send reminders for post that hasn't been collected
• Receivers confirm collection, or raise a dispute if something is wrong

For employees
• See the post waiting for you in "My post"
• Get a notification the moment something arrives for you
• Confirm collection in seconds

Notifications
Push notifications and an in-app inbox keep security staff and employees up to date.

Accounts
Admins create user accounts. New users can request an account, which an admin approves. You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen.

TruSentinel needs an account issued by your organisation.
