I've had the bad experience with this app, the messages I waited for almost 2 weeks and double bill and still not completed with the downloads. Actually started from scratch again and need me to subscribe again. Can someone please tell me what have I been paying for.

So frustrating..i already paid 260 and you need to wait for 270 hours to view the message..they are asking for another payment to boost for them to make the time shorter in viewing the messages..is this a scam? Don't use this apps..my subscription is until tomorrow, til now i can't view the message of my husband,i need to wait for 5 days more ..this is really a scam, a waste of money..🤨🤨🤨

To, Customer Support Team Live Log App Subject: Complaint regarding recharge done but app not working Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to inform you that I have recharged my account on the Live Log App with amounts of ₹430 and ₹720. However, despite successful payment, I am unable to start or access the app services. This issue is causing inconvenience as I am not able to use the features even after making the payment.
