Bad bad bad app ... You charge an amount of money and then it's gone ... You need to pay ASAP but you cannot and then you have to call their number to correct the APP failure... You need to pickup the selected time again and then the APP said uou cannot choose the selected time ... What an APP But to be honest ... Washing the car is amazing .. but the APP is loosing your time

Not a very smooth first experience. I booked an appointment for 9.15PM and kept waiting for almost an hour, however the cleaning worker did not show up. Then I called and texted (from with in the app) the assigned worker, he informed he had somehow missed my appointment and asked me to share location. He arrived in 45 min and took almost another 40 min to clean the car, hence it got over around 12.30 at night. The cleaning job however was good and went as per my liking.

very bad app he arrived then cancelled coz of dirt the app want only clean cars to wash with 35 to 70 riyal
