Very disappointing experience! After updating the HDFC Home Loan app, it is not opening at all. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. Even clicking the 'Open' button from the Play Store does nothing. Such poor service is not expected from a reputed bank. Please fix this issue as soon as possible so that customers can use the app without any hassle.

Please remove full screen window in pixel 7. I can't press navigation buttons or hard to select continue like button after clicking otp. Also once we start typing, we should see what we are typing. Please make space for keyboard while writing or entering otp. While sharing feedback after logout, it continues to show enter valid feedback. It seems text box expecting specific format like number only or character only.

The loan balance is not updated as of the current month. It reflects the balance at the beginning of the year. There is no functionality to pay online towards the loan principal. Such functionality will simply ensure the balance repayment is online and without personal visits to the branch with a cheque and declaration form. Also, it seems there are no reviews or actions based on reviews posted earlier by the users voicing similar observations. Worst case scenario, no actions on reviews!!
