This app is completely unreliable and feels like a scam. I purchased a gift card, my money was deducted instantly, but the gift card NEVER reflected. There was no error warning before payment, no confirmation after, and no delivery at all. What makes this worse is the total failure of customer support. I reached out multiple times through the app and other channels, but there was no response, no explanation, and no refund. It feels like once they collect your money, they don’t care anymore.

This app is very fraudulent. I paid for airtime and data and did not receive it, yet my money was deducted. Customer service is completely unresponsive despite multiple complaints. This is very disappointing and unreliable. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

This app is not owned or operated by the entity it claims to represent, which is highly misleading. I discovered that whenever a transaction fails, the money cannot be recovered. The app does not deliver what it advertises and provides no customer service, contact details, or complaint channel. This raises serious concerns about possible scam or phishing activity. Google Play should urgently investigate this app to protect users. I do not recommend this app.
