This app is completely unreliable and feels like a scam. I purchased a gift card, my money was deducted instantly, but the gift card NEVER reflected. There was no error warning before payment, no confirmation after, and no delivery at all. What makes this worse is the total failure of customer support. I reached out multiple times through the app and other channels, but there was no response, no explanation, and no refund. It feels like once they collect your money, they don’t care anymore.

All the positive reviews are bought! This app is horrible. It's probably the worst app i've ever installed on play store. Within 2 days of use, I traded 100 for a steam gift card, and it's not reflecting anywhere on the interface. I even contacted support and it's almost as if I'm forcing them to do their job! Very nonchalant and gravely unhelpful! It's now as if the £100 vanished into thin air. This app and it's developers are demonic, and they have no human sympathy.
