This mobile app is not working at all. Every time I want to register with my mobile number, only an sms OTP comes to my mobile number and after entering that OTP in the mobile app, the app says OTP not matched even though I had entered the right OTP many times. Kindly do the needful to correct this error at an early date and oblige me.

I have to give one star to this app, because there are no options to give less than 1 star. After inatalling the app, before login it send the OTP...After entering the OTP correctly, we just get the message as OTP matched...nothing else...it does not allow me to enter or move in to the app. This is happening since long time...but still no improvements there. I had downloaded this 5 times and had to uninstall it. My sincere request to ICAI...to do the needful on priority amd oblige. Thanks.

I earlier said the app is good but the major drawback is notification. I am a student so i don't exactly concerned about all the notification but only the notification of BOS or exam related. The app fails to deliver the notification on a timely basis. Thus i had to open the app on and on to check the content similar to the website. Please make the notification system more customised and very accurate. Until then it's 1 star from my end.
