Impacta: Rider & Driver App

Impacta Technologies

About this app

Impacta is one app for riders, delivery customers, and independent drivers.

Need a ride or delivery?
Request a ride when you need it, schedule a trip in advance, or send a local delivery. See available options, follow your trip or delivery in real time, share your trip with family or friends, and access support and safety tools directly in the app.

Want to drive and earn?
Apply to become an independent Impacta driver and complete the verification process in the app. Once approved, view nearby ride and delivery requests, accept available requests or submit an offer when available, complete trips, and track your activity and earnings.

Impacta gives riders and drivers more choice. Riders can request the service they need and choose from available driver offers. Drivers can review request details and select opportunities that fit their schedule.
