KravTrainer is the perfect app to practice your Krav Maga techniques.
Ideal to prepare for an upcoming exam or to maintain your Krav Maga skills!

IMPORTANT: Do not download the app if you expect an explanation of the different techniques. You only see attacks and no explanation. The app is not intended for that. Think of the app more as a kind of shadow boxing tool.
You see an attack and you do your defense (which you should already know).

NOTE: KravTrainer is not intended to learn Krav Maga, but to practice the known Krav Maga techniques.

HOW TO USE KRAVTRAINER:

Step 1: Select the level system used by your organisation.
We have multiple level systems available.

Step 2: Select the levels you would like to practice.
For example, if your organization uses the Practitioner-Graduate system and you train for G2, you select all the levels up to G2.

For best practices, it is advisable not to select levels that you are not familiar with. This is due to the fact that KravTrainer does not explain the techniques and only show the attacks.

Step 3: Select the techniques you would like to train.
Attacks are categorized into families like punches, kicks, sticks, chokes and more.

Step 4: Set the length of each attack.
With the time interval, you can choose from 30 seconds up to 2 minutes for each attack. You can also choose to do it manually in order to have more time for each attack.

Step 5: Place your mobile
Place your mobile phone somewhere secure where you can see it and hear it.
Now you are ready to train.

I don't wanna ruin your ratings but your app is really very hard to navigate I can't understand how to use it, it's kind of lagging needs a lot of improvement

Paid to unlock all content only for there to be no videos, do not buy.

It's a little strange like the idea is really cool but the execution...not so much
