Fare Co-op is my new go to rideshare app! Excellent and professional service that was very personalized, which was exactly what I needed when traveling for business and pleasure. I will definitely continue to use them for all my rideshare needs! Also, they are way less expensive then the other rideshare apps!

I want to support them because they're a co-op, but every time I've requested in the Bay area I've had the driver either cancel right away and been unable to get another driver, or had the driver ignore me hoping I would cancel on them. I've occasionally gotten rides in the LA area, but it's unreliable there too. I'm sure they'll respond saying they'll eventually have coverage in the Bay area, but until then they shouldn't be advertising that they're here. it's just a huge waste of time.

For months nothing has changed, I called them, they said someone would reach out. That was months ago they never did. Customer service sucks, high prices, janky app etc. If y'all are reading this the response fare co op gave is disgusting. They claim they have no records of me reaching out to them I literally emailed & called & have records of this. Also they can be more expensive than Lyft or Uber. Another thing they don't include tax in pricing. They 100% are more expensive then Lyft/Uber.
