Really bad, i tried contacting them 3x's, I couldn't create a new password to enter my account. I spoke to 1 person and they said the people who could help me with my problem weren't available. I called 2 more times after that day and couldn't get a hold of anyone, even after leaving my info. for a call back. Dont waste your money! Everything was okay while using it on the browser, but once it moved to an App, that's when I couldn't access my account anymore.

I've been using this for about 2 weeks already I am not happy with the limited questions. most of them are just repeated. I'm also not happy with how long it takes for everything to load. I feel like I'm not getting appropriate questions to be able to pass my state boards

new update wont let me access purchased courses, so much for bug fixes. hope this is resolved before i have to contact a help desk. its ridiculous enough that $40 only allows one year of use, losing precious hours out of my 365 days right now
