If you are considering using a door access system that requires this app, I strongly recommend you look for another vendor. This app does not work. We have been unable to lock our doors, let in guests, receive deliveries, use pin codes or use the doorbell function for many months. We have just received another email asking us to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's extremely frustrating and unsafe to not be able to open and securely lock the place where you reside.

I have moved into an apartment complex that uses you for the gate call box and it is abysmal. i have lived there for a month and you can't figure your stuff out, it's impossible to have guests over!!! i have reached out, the apartment has reached out, there is absolutely no help you can provide. thank god this property I live at is great with everything else. EDIT: Nothing else changes or is fixed. it has been 6 months now and it still doesnt work. Cant even set up an account. Absolute trash

MyDoorView was installed in my apartment building earlier this year. The smart intercom stopped working after a couple of months. In the middle of December the smart intercom resumed working but after a couple of days it broke down again. Also the proximity tag is not always working. I have to tap it many times to open the door. Sometimes I simply use the key. Overall this technology is unreliable.
