If you are considering using a door access system that requires this app, I strongly recommend you look for another vendor. This app does not work. We have been unable to lock our doors, let in guests, receive deliveries, use pin codes or use the doorbell function for many months. We have just received another email asking us to uninstall and reinstall the app. It's extremely frustrating and unsafe to not be able to open and securely lock the place where you reside.

I have moved into an apartment complex that uses you for the gate call box and it is abysmal. i have lived there for a month and you can't figure your stuff out, it's impossible to have guests over!!! i have reached out, the apartment has reached out, there is absolutely no help you can provide. thank god this property I live at is great with everything else

There was an update and now I have to scroll the complexes to find mine because it won't lock mine in. Before the update, I just had to open and swipe. This "update" is a downgrade...
