MyDoorView was installed in my apartment building earlier this year. The smart intercom stopped working after a couple of months. In the middle of December the smart intercom resumed working but after a couple of days it broke down again. Also the proximity tag is not always working. I have to tap it many times to open the door. Sometimes I simply use the key. Overall this technology is unreliable.

I love the convenience of this app. When someone is at the gate and they call me from the video intercom or the QR code , I receive the call on my app. I see and hear the person on the other end and can then trigger the door to let them in.

Very unhappy with this system! I use an Android phone. My building has this system and it hasnt worked for months. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and still the same problem.
