absolutely garbage. just like other reviews, chatbot useless. in person chat even worse. drops chat after a few minutes, doesn't save history. flips back and forth between website and app to book a simple transfer - neither works. I'll have to try to track down a rep at our hotel I guess.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company is only in the business of taking people's money and lying about it in the process. Even though I showed proof of canceling my reservation on the same day and proof that they accepted the cancellation, with a refund to be issued, they still claimed I was a no-show. Never again. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Anybody that's suggesting that hard for money cleanly don't need to be in business.

Trying to check-in for a Sunwing transfer, when I click on Transfers it brings up the Nexus webpage. When I click on Checkin on the webpage it brings me back to the app in an endless loop.
