absolutely garbage. just like other reviews, chatbot useless. in person chat even worse. drops chat after a few minutes, doesn't save history. flips back and forth between website and app to book a simple transfer - neither works. I'll have to try to track down a rep at our hotel I guess.

Trying to check-in for a Sunwing transfer, when I click on Transfers it brings up the Nexus webpage. When I click on Checkin on the webpage it brings me back to the app in an endless loop.

Stuck on the transfer screen from my last trip in December 2025. Uninstalled the App and still stuck on the same page. Also did the update but it did nothing for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
