I purchased transportation to and from airport to our resort, we received the airport to resort portion, however, no transportation was provided from resort to airport. Very disappointed and left to fend for ourselves. When I reached out to Nexis, they said they would investigate, and get back to us...7 months later still no response. I would leave 0 star review, but that isn't an option.

If I could give no stars, I would. This company is only in the business of taking people's money and lying about it in the process. Even though I showed proof of canceling my reservation on the same day and proof that they accepted the cancellation, with a refund to be issued, they still claimed I was a no-show. Never again. Run, don't walk, away from this place. Anybody that's suggesting that hard for money cleanly don't need to be in business.

I was "forced" to use this app during my last Caribbean vacation in order to complete airport transfers between the destination airport and resort. unfortunately, I am now being inundated on my cellphone with Nexus advertising, sometimes as many as 10 adverts per day! if you need it on a vacation, use it and then remove the app as soon as you no longer need it.
