App does not work. locked up on a screen with our transfer details. had to uninstall and reinstall to clear it. cannot click into search box to use search feature. near me feature shows numbers on a map but cannot click on any of them to see what they are. completely useless app.

Nexus tours sucks. I talked to them on the phone, they told me my airport shuttle pick up time. They came 1 hour earlier, didn't call for us just left. We had to hire a different service to the airport. Horrible I will never use them again for any reason.

Stuck on the transfer screen from my last trip in December 2025. Uninstalled the App and still stuck on the same page. Also did the update but it did nothing for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
