Terrible experience!!! I don't get why some apps make it so hard to get rid of ads. I use this app every day, and I'd happily pay for a simple "remove ads" option if it existed. Instead, I'm just stuck with constant ads and no real choice. Not everyone wants to be bombarded with ads all the time. Forcing an entire apartment society to pay for ad free experience is not practical or reasonable.

I am getting random sound notifications in the app, even though I have denied all permissions and blocked notifications from Phone, not inside the app. I have let out the flat but I can't stop notifications once and for all. Maximum time allowed is 30 days. And you have to snooze each notifications category every 30 days. Can't do it with just one switch. Very pathetic and intrusive app.

Highly disappointed with the payment feature of this app. They charge you extra for a lot of payment methods including net banking, wallets etc. and do not display clearly the extra amount. They just stealthily add the extra amount. Unlike all the other payment apps which clearly tell u if any service charge is involved for the selected method. Unfortunately you realize it after the amount is deducted. And then the customer service is very unhelpful and super rude .
