Absolutely pathetic experience with NoBrokerHood in our Aangan Society. Their service is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Basic features like login access, entry notifications, and resident management are either not working or delayed to the point of being useless. Despite repeated follow-ups, their team shows zero accountability and doesn’t even bother to respond. I have been requesting my login ID and password for a long time, and there has been no response whatsoever.

Nobrokerhood app is very slow. Everytime I open this app, it goes for updates and it takes considerable time to install updates. After payment, can't download receipts, it shows error while downloading receipt. Shows incorrect names both in account and payment receipts. Charges platform fees for every payment even though UPI is free by government. No option to give zero star, minimum one star should've given to post review, though it doesn't deserve it.

if you raise any technical issue complaint, you don't get acknowledgement. There is automated bot that says you can track open technical issue tickets , but that option does not exist . Bot is not aware of any previous day tickets either . there is no transparency or acknowledgement. facced a technical payment issue . Had to send an email for the issue as well after 5 days they called . during these 5 days no information if anyone is working on it or not . will give 4 star once feedback taken
