It's a pretty good app and does what it's supposed to for the most part. the shorts blocking is perfect but the only issue I have is with the reels. this app only blocks reels when you specifically click on them, meaning that on the main feed you can still see reels. that honestly didn't help since I ended up doomscrolling there anyway.

this is like the easiest app I've ever used. so easy and so helpful. It was so hard for me to stay focused because I need to use you tube for my studies and then I see shorts and get lost in them for hours. But now I'm so much better and I see progress of my subject knowledge. I'm so thankful ❤️

it does as advertised, you can't watch shorts, (i dont use instagram so i cant rate on that) but it would be cool if you saw a short you want to watch you could configure it so you can only watch that short that you clicked on but not more shorts so you dont need to disable the app and you dont get stuck in doomscrolling, but overall 5/5
