Your CGPA tells recruiters one thing. Your NSEI Score tells them everything.

WHAT NSEI DOES

NSEI evaluates you across 7 competency pillars that actually matter for getting hired: • Academics (15%) — CGPA, attendance, internals • Aptitude (10%) — quantitative, logical, verbal reasoning • Technical Skills (20%) — coding tests, lab assessments • Projects (25%) — peer-reviewed code, report, demo video, viva • Teaching Video (10%) — explain a concept on camera • Mock Interview (10%) — interview readiness evaluation • Experience (10%) — internships, publications, hackathons

Your scores combine into a single NSEI Score (0-100), multiplied by a Trust Score (0.75x-1.15x) that verifies your integrity — producing your Final Hiring Eligibility Score (FHES).

HOW IT WORKS

1. Submit your work — projects, demo videos, teaching videos, certificates, code repos
2. Get peer reviewed — 3 anonymous peers evaluate your submission using structured rubrics
3. Review 3 peers — complete your reviews to unlock your own scores ("Give to Get")
4. Teacher verifies — faculty moderates only flagged submissions (80% auto-approved)
5. See your score — 7-pillar radar chart, job role readiness map, improvement suggestions
6. Get discovered — recruiters search verified profiles and request interviews directly

THE TRUST SCORE — WHAT MAKES NSEI DIFFERENT

Every score is verified. The system automatically detects plagiarism (file hash matching), catches competency gaps (high MCQ but low viva = red flag), penalises biased peer reviews, and flags fake certificates. It also rewards consistency, semester improvement, reliable reviewing, and recruiter validation. Two students with identical NSEI Scores can have very different FHES — because integrity matters.
