About this app

Optic Book is a simple, fully offline order tracker for opticians and optical shops. No account, no sign-up, and no internet connection required — open the app and start adding orders.

Record each spectacle order in one place: the customer, the frame, the lens type, and the full eye prescription — SPH, CYL and AXIS for each eye, plus the PD — shown back to you as a clean, easy-to-read grid. Track the money with total, advance, and an automatic balance, and collect the balance with a tap when the customer returns. The Delivery board groups every order by In production, Ready for pickup, and Delivered so you always know what is pending, and the Due tab lists outstanding balances biggest-first. The Reports tab turns it all into the numbers that matter — total orders, how many are ready, amount collected, outstanding balance, a six-month orders chart, and a breakdown by lens type.

Everything is stored privately on your device. Optic Book collects no data, shows no ads, and requires no permissions.
