In the last month, the app will have issues showing certain categories, or today it won't show me anything gun related like parts or reloading supplies, which is the only reason I'm ever on there, so it's becoming less and less useful for me. I hope the issue gets resolved quickly because Primary arms has become my go to due to their lack of these ridiculous problems and more consistent pricing.

I've been using the app for years now OP is my main parts shop. App works well enough, great deals, coupons always available, clear shipping information and letting you know when things are expected to ship. however I have never had to use their return policy so know that I have zero experience with it. that being said, I have never had an issue with the things I have ordered through here. hope that statement doesn't bite me it the back side later lol!

While the app is nice, it is just their normal website for the most part. My issue was that some parts of the app completely fail to open or execute what it's supposed to do. Why can't I put my email in? I can touch the screen, it makes the click sound, it does the little darkening, and then nothing. It made the overall process worse. AND....you DO NOT get that app coupon after a given period of time. Despite downloading the app, I lost the coupon in 2 days. Solid 2 star for those days.
