Update: than you for the comment back! App seems to be working flawlessly now! Thank you for making it easy for me to keep track of my son's fees at.,........App will not load parent portal after I sign in it has a screen with the c block and blue dots circling around it like it's loading but it never does. Upset I paid 4 bucks for something I thought would be helpful for my son this year

I paid for this app only for it not to work. It tells me it's a update. I click it and it doesn't update just takes me back to the app to tell me it's a updated. Also if I don't get that message the will just load and load and never come up. I had this app for 2 weeks now and only been able to access it twice. Please fix the app I need to know how my kid is doing in his classes without contacting the teachers all the time. If not please refund my money.

I have only had this app for like a week and it already needs an update. When I try to update it won't allow me. It gets to 99% then tells me it's unable to update so now I cannot get logged in. My kids start at a new school on January 4th and I had to buy this app to make sure I can stay in the loop, but now it won't work. Disappointing.
