So, I made an order and used the shipping address provided. Now, believe it or not, they say the shipping address is wrong! They say it's out of date. After many tries, I'm now on a wild goose chase trying to contact the right person to deal with it. It wasn't a cheap shipment either. Hopefully, it isn't lost!

Worst customer service I have ever received. Items arrive damaged and everyone passes you off to another number. Zero empathy. Shipped an expensive computer down, arrived damaged charged nearly half the computer price for shipping and duty and nobody wants to answer my messages.

I don't see the point of having a app if you cannot track your stuff. They clearly advertised that you can track your packages through the app....???
