About this app

ParkLoop: one app, two solutions. Park in a click, or earn money from your parking space.

Finding a parking spot in the city is stressful, while many private spaces sit empty for hours. ParkLoop connects drivers looking for a place to park with people who have one available, in a simple, safe and sustainable way.

FOR DRIVERS
• Search for parking near you or near any address, on a map or in a list
• Filter by hourly price and distance
• See photos, amenities, opening hours and reviews for every space
• Book in a few taps: choose date, time, duration and vehicle
• Add extra services when available, such as EV charging, car wash or valet
• Pay securely in the app, with a full cost summary before you confirm
• Get a personal access code, valid only during your booking, for Smart Key Boxes and smart locks
• Extend your stay or end it early right from the app
• Chat with the host whenever you need
• Manage upcoming, active and past bookings, plus your vehicles
• Leave a review after every stay

FOR HOSTS
• List your parking spot, garage or driveway in a few guided steps
• You decide availability, hours, blocked dates and buffer time between bookings
• Set hourly, daily, monthly and weekend rates, with a suggested price based on your area
• Offer paid extra services
• Automatic access via Smart Key Box: no keys to hand over, no meetings
• Secure payouts straight to your bank account
• Track bookings and earnings from a dedicated dashboard

ONE ACCOUNT, TWO PROFILES
Use the same account to park and to rent out your own space, switching between profiles whenever you like.

SAFE AND SMART
• Secure in-app payments
• Temporary, personal access codes
• Real-time notifications for bookings and messages
• Platform available 24/7

SUSTAINABLE
Less time circling for a spot means less traffic, fewer emissions and less stress. With ParkLoop you help make cities more livable.
