The new app updates and desktop updates have made logging pool service much more difficult. The previous version was significantly easier to use, especially on the payment homepage. Please allow users the option to continue using the older versions of both the app and payment portal. The recent updates have reduced usability and made routine tasks less efficient. There is such thing as having too many features. PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK TO ORIGINAL VERSION

This app is not marketed accurately. Additionally, they activate their trial before ensuring that the proper imports are in place. When many email communications delay this further and assistance is based 3hr behind, the effect is an unusable product Ensure you have everything ready before sampling the product, otherwise you may find your trial ending and still no real understanding of how it works. Inventory tracking is a joke requiring manual entry of all products in inventory.
