I use this app alot as they have some different things for cats with food allergies and are pretty reliable. However, since the update, the address system is awful and frustrating. It refused to place an order until I used the location service to add a "street address", even though my FULL address is already saved and has been used dozens of times. The street location then kept coming out wrong regardless of how often I changed it, and I couldn't manually input my block number.

Pet Zone has a good selection, but the app isn't great. It's very slow, keeps getting glitches, and often all the contents of your cart disappear even after you add the items several times, close and reopen the app, etc. Nevermind, I didn't think it was possible, but the app has gotten even worse over time instead of improving. It's a big waste of time now.

the app is always having some issue or the other which makes it difficult to order . and hv to then login through the web page.. evn customer care recommends the web page when aske for any help. although the service is 👍🏻 pls do smthing about the app to run it smoothly
