I use this app alot as they have some different things for cats with food allergies and are pretty reliable. However, since the update, the address system is awful and frustrating. It refused to place an order until I used the location service to add a "street address", even though my FULL address is already saved and has been used dozens of times. The street location then kept coming out wrong regardless of how often I changed it, and I couldn't manually input my block number.

I would like to express my experience with the customer service chat. I've noticed that responses tend to be quite delayed. This can make it challenging to resolve issues in a timely manner. The Contact Us form is giving constant error regarding the mobile no. Field despite i enter correctly following its required format. I hope this feedback can contribute to improving the responsiveness of your support team.

Pet Zone has a good selection, but the app isn't great. It's very slow, keeps getting glitches, and often all the contents of your cart disappear even after you add the items several times, close and reopen the app, etc. Nevermind, I didn't think it was possible, but the app has gotten even worse over time instead of improving. It's a big waste of time now.
