About this app

Pickup Counter is a simple, fully offline fee manager for school van and bus drivers. No account, no sign-up, and no internet connection required — open the app and start adding your students.

Keep every student on your route organized with their class, pickup stop, and monthly fee. Recording a payment takes seconds: choose the student, the month being paid for, and the amount — Pickup Counter remembers everything and works out exactly who still owes. The Route List arranges your students into ordered stops on a clean timeline, so you can see who boards where. The Dues tab lists everyone with unpaid months from the day they enrolled up to the current month, sorted by how much is owed, with a one-tap Record button. The Reports tab turns it all into the numbers that matter — expected monthly income, collected this month, total outstanding, a six-month collection chart, and a by-stop breakdown.

Everything is stored privately on your device. Pickup Counter collects no data, shows no ads, and requires no permissions.
