About this app

Proplanum KIOSK turns a tablet or a phone into a time clock. Put the device by the entrance and your team clocks in and out on their own — no magnetic cards, no paper attendance sheet, no dedicated hardware to buy.

HOW PEOPLE CLOCK IN

• PIN — four digits on screen, nothing to carry and nothing to forget
• QR code — from a phone screen or a printed badge
• Contactless card or fingerprint — if a reader is connected to the terminal

WHAT YOU GET

• Actual hours worked instead of declared ones, sent straight into Proplanum
• Late arrivals and overtime visible immediately, with nothing copied off paper
• A view of who is present on the shift
• Breaks recorded the same way as work

WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL

Entries are stored locally and sent once the connection is back. A short network outage does not stop the queue at the door or lose records.

WHAT YOU NEED

The app is part of Proplanum and requires a company account. You activate a terminal once by choosing its location, and from then on it runs in kiosk mode. If your company does not use Proplanum yet, start at proplanum.com

Employees check their own schedule, requests and summaries in the separate Proplanum app.
