I ordered the ball and mat for my son and he loves it! however, the app stopped working properly in a matter of days. I reached out for support via the app as well as customer service email several times, to which they ignored my request for support and access to the content in the app. They were not helpful at all!! In other words you pay the fee but are denied access to the content. I canceled my subscription!

I'm only downloading this app so I can cancel a recurring service. My whole experience with this company has been trash. Stay away.

As a parent, I have been really impressed with the QBounce Pro app. It has helped our son stay consistent with his basketball training at home. The drills are simple to follow but still challenging enough to build real skills. I love that it keeps him focused, active, and motivated without needing constant supervision. It has been a great addition to his development.
