I ordered the ball and mat for my son and he loves it! however, the app stopped working properly in a matter of days. I reached out for support via the app as well as customer service email several times, to which they ignored my request for support and access to the content in the app. They were not helpful at all!! In other words you pay the fee but are denied access to the content. I canceled my subscription!

"It's a Trap!" I only downloaded the app to stop payments to my credit card, which is not clear how to do when viewed on my device. The team are not helpful and after several emails, failed to cancel a subscription I never purchased and do not refund people. The terms and conditions of the service are not provided prior to purchase. The company do not inform customers that the "Free Trial" must be cancelled prior to ending, or they will continue to bill you.

doesn't work on pixel 9. The app installs and you can see the various options on first use but then any subsequent load just results in a bouncing ball loading screen that never ends.
