Terrible. This company is a scam, avoid it. I purchased a soccer ball and was somehow automatically enrolled in a subscription that charged my credit card $29.99 each month. I never received any communication from the company about a subscription and my receipt only shows the purchase of a soccer ball. I contacted customer support and they would not refund my charges.

I ordered the ball and mat for my son and he loves it! however, the app stopped working properly in a matter of days. I reached out for support via the app as well as customer service email several times, to which they ignored my request for support and access to the content in the app. They were not helpful at all!! In other words you pay the fee but are denied access to the content. I canceled my subscription!

I'm only downloading this app so I can cancel a recurring service. My whole experience with this company has been trash. Stay away.
