FUNCTIONALITIES:
* Summary: Here we show you the most relevant information for you! From here you can access the rest of the system's functionalities with a single click quickly and easily, for your convenience. Do not forget to see this section in which the summary of your account is displayed.
* Relevant Contacts: Check the important phone numbers or those that other neighbors recommend for your neighborhood. Ask the neighborhood administrator to add a contact that you think is relevant to the community or recommend a provider so that others can take advantage of their good services.
* Visitor Control: Schedule your visitors easily and safely, you have control of access to the neighborhood. Complete the basic data of your visits and generate the QR code with which your visitors can access the neighborhood. You can always check the registered visits to your home.
* Payment Record: Upload your payment receipt, track its status and download your payment receipt once the administrator validates it.
* Account Status: Check your payments and installments to be paid, for the current month, the previous month or a particular period. At all times, you will be able to see and download the account statement of your house. In addition, you will receive notifications by mail each time a charge or credit is made in favor of your house in the neighborhood.
* Access Control: Decide who will have access to your neighborhood. The surveillance staff will be able to scan the generated QR code, validate and grant access. You can also register an unannounced visit and in both cases, you will receive an email notification so that you are always informed.
* Administration: If you are the administrator of the colony, don't worry, we have this module for you. Manage the relevant users and contacts, make charges or payments to a house, reconcile registered payments, define the value of the monthly fee so that the system automatically charges and other functions.
* Notifications: We will notify you by email, in each relevant action associated with your home or some actions that you execute from the system: registered charges or credits, when scheduling or receiving a visit (your visit also receives the code generated by email) and plus!.
