Cannot end the ride. Counter is still going hours later. Tried to end the ride multiple times and followed all instructions + scanned the location to end. Keep getting an error stating "Location cannot be found" even though it clearly shows us in the green zone to park the bike. Will have to contact my bank for a chargeback.

It would be helpful to have a video showing how to lock the bike. Not even the parking ranger knew how. It took four people to figure it out. The bike is also a bike on the heavy side, so if you have knee issues, I recommend looking for a different bike.

overall, good good bikes, good app. sub 5 because multiple bases ghosted us despite solid effort. also, would be good to get notification every 5 minutes starting at 15 remaining. R&R
