Reps Trail turns that into a record. Enter the exercises your own
physiotherapist gave you, each with the times-per-week they prescribed,
and tap one to log a session. Each exercise draws its own row of pips -
three pips for an exercise prescribed three times a week, five for one
prescribed five - filling as sessions are logged and turning green when
that exercise's target is met. Because every exercise carries its own
target, "falling behind" is measured against that exercise's own
prescription: being two short of three genuinely outranks being two
short of seven, and the app ranks them that way rather than by whichever
number happens to be biggest.
A second reading shows how consistently each exercise has actually been
kept, counted across completed weeks only - the current, part-finished
week never counts against you, and no rate appears at all until there
are enough whole weeks behind it to mean something. Overdoing one week
can't bank credit against a week you skipped entirely.
This app prescribes nothing and gives no medical advice - the exercises
and frequencies are the ones your own physiotherapist gave you. It holds
no money anywhere: no session fees, no charges, no equipment prices.
Everything stays on the phone it's used on. There is no account, no
sign-in, and no data of any kind sent anywhere.
Log your physio exercises and see which one is really falling behind.
