Don't Bother! The rewards structure is bogus. You have to visit 7 times (regardless of how much you buy each visit) to earn one free small ice. Rita's will push notifications all the time but almost never have useful coupons on the app. The only way this is even slightly useful is if you make the servers ring up each treat you buy as a separate transaction which annoys them and everyone else in line. Compared to every other restaurant app out there, this one is definitely not worth the download.

The new version of this app works reasonably well, but I've been to a number of locations that don't have their register system running correctly to scan the app. This needs to be a mix of the old version with self check-in, and the new version by scanning a qr code on the receipt. It should recognize the items sold and give you points for every dollar spent, similar to the Dunkin, Starbucks, or Wawa apps.

It asks for a ridiculous amount of required personal information just to log in, and the only thing the app offers is a list of nearby locations. And clicking on that list doesn't even take you to the correct Google maps link. You might as well just use Google maps and you get more than what this app offers. Three locations near me. Nothing could show me the menu, nothing supported mobile ordering. It feels like this app was a scam to get personal information.
