This app has several issues that need to be addressed. First, videos do not play smoothly on normal internet speeds. In contrast, platforms like YouTube stream videos in 720p without any interruptions on the same connection. Second, even after downloading videos within the app, they fail to play without an active internet connection. This defeats the purpose of downloading videos for offline use. These problems significantly impact the user experience and need immediate attention for improvement

I purchased two courses via their app, but I initially received only one; it took many attempts before they finally added the second course. Later, when I wanted to extend the validity of the course, they told me there would be a charge of ₹250 for three months. I made the payment, but they added the wrong course to my playlist. Now, they aren't responding to my messages.
