Schedulicity connects you to local professionals from over 50+ industries ranging from Instagram-famous hair salons to of-the-moment nail artists to your neighborhood Crossfit gym. Never pay a cancellation fee: Easily reschedule when your Monday goes all wrong, rebook for Tuesday when it’s all going to be alright, or just cancel a scheduled event. Plus, get friendly reminders right before your booking date—so those accidental no-shows are no more.

I do love this app bc I am able to search for services and discover awesome small buisnesses that use this app that might've been hard to find using a search engine or social media. However, for the past month I have not been able to look at schedules at all. I tap the business I want to schedule from and it is just blank. I can rebook but they change the classes often so a lot of them aren't available. I can't even look at the schedule. Ive restarted phone & uninstalled>reinstalled app twice.

Thanks for writing in, Marki. We noticed this issue as well as have issued an update that should fix this and allow pages to fully load. Let's go ahead and uninstall/reinstall the app to make sure we have the latest version. This should do the trick. If you're still having trouble, give us a shout at or 1-877-582-0494.

Over last month I was getting a token expired message and the app was unresponsive. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and was able to log in again. Working fine again now!

This app has not worked for the last month or so. It opens, but will not log me in or load anything that I can interact with.

You're not alone in having trouble with the client app, as I imagine you noticed! So far, no one has reached out to us directly and we'd love a chance to do some troubleshooting to understand why the uptick in trouble this month! This update includes a bug fix for a little Deal Manager funkiness some clients were seeing. We also updated gender options for clients to be more in line with how folks identify themselves.
