About this app

Senso is a safety tool for parents of children and teens. It lets you know when your child may be facing bullying, threats, sexual solicitation or social exclusion on WhatsApp, so you can step in and support them, without reading their private conversations.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
• You do not see your child's conversations. Senso analyses messages automatically on its servers.
• Only when a real risk is detected do you get an alert. The chat with the problem then opens for you, with the flagged message and a short, limited context, so you can understand what happened and help.
• You cannot browse, search or export your child's conversations.

RESPECTING YOUR CHILD
• You link your child's WhatsApp to Senso as a linked device, by scanning a QR code with your child's phone. Nothing is installed on the child's phone, and the app does not monitor the device it runs on.
• Senso is always visible to your child in WhatsApp's Linked devices list, and your child can disconnect it there at any time.
• You can leave specific contacts out of monitoring, for example a boyfriend or girlfriend, so private relationships stay private.
• Quiet hours and a watchlist for each child.

WHAT YOU GET
• Clear alerts that explain what was found and how serious it is.
• A daily overview of your child's activity and risk level.
• Optional AI summaries and a parent advisor with guidance on how to talk with your child. They send limited message text to OpenAI and run only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Invite another parent to follow the same children.

YOUR DATA
• Message text is deleted within 30 days.
• No ads, and personal data is never sold.
• Delete a child or your whole account from the app.

GOOD TO KNOW
Senso is a tool for parents. When you sign up, you approve Senso's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and a parent declaration: that you have the legal authority to link your child, and that you explained the service to your child and your child agreed. Automated analysis can make mistakes in both directions. No alert does not mean everything is fine, and Senso does not replace talking with your child.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Senso is offered as a monthly auto-renewing subscription (Starter, Family or Premium), priced by the number of children. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play, under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Extra message packs are one-time purchases; unused messages never expire and carry over until used.
