I have two boxes that went by mistake to their address in Miramar. It's been 2 months until now each time I call they tell me a different thing. Each and everytime I call, they tell me they haven't received them. Sent my brother to their address in Miramar, they told him the boxes went longtime ago to their warehouse in Miami. I need my items please, the boxes have my name on them.

Dear Shippex team, after updating the app, it is request to log in and I can't. I'm sure my information are correct, because i was able to access directly your web portal. Please fix this issue.

[2024-05-08] Login credentials still now working [2023-08-25] The popup is gone however upon login,user credentials doesnt work anymore. Useless update. Just use browser instead
