Went so much better than I could've hoped for. The inches of sleet that came after the big snowstorm were gonna break me. Put in the job order. Accepted within 15 minutes of posting it. Got a message 10 minutes later that he was on his way. Got here and just went to work. Great first time experience. I'm in a major metro so YMMV. Minor app issue- not designed for 3-button navigation and that needs to be fixed. Switch to gesture settings while using. Update - Used again for blizzard, still great

Used to be a great service, but now completely unreliable. Posted a request 3 times. 2 no shows (waited on the 1st one for 5 hours) and one cancelation. It seems all 3 were new shoveler registrations, but that doesn't change the fact that my job was never taken care of after multiple requests. I have a bad back, but ended up having to shovel myself in spite of that.

Created a job which was accepted in seconds, but the scheduled time comes by and nobody shows. Waited an hour and a half, messaged the shoveler multiple times in app, nothing. And this was for the "premium" as well. If it doesn't work after a storm it might as well not work at all.
