Used to be a great service, but now completely unreliable. Posted a request 3 times. 2 no shows (waited on the 1st one for 5 hours) and one cancelation. It seems all 3 were new shoveler registrations, but that doesn't change the fact that my job was never taken care of after multiple requests. I have a bad back, but ended up having to shovel myself in spite of that.

I have higher them for several years to clear my restaurants parking lots driveway and sidewalks and today I tried to do it again but their credit card taking thing kept bouncing and saying error error and American Express thought it was a fraud so they didn't find it but then I called American Express and got it through and now they banned me.

What's the point of booking in advance if the shoveler doesn't show up for 9 hours after scheduled? This app used to be good, now it's unreliable
