Great app in theory, but make sure to read the fine print. While they resolved the payment issue after a second follow up, for a service app it seemed like I was at fault for the poor work, and that they didn't receive my initial correspondence that the job wasn't done. I had 4 responses from contractors of which each time a deposit for the cost of the service hit my credit card. Ultimately I still had to pay for a contractor who took pictures of the work I had already done myself.

The app is great but I haven't seen any jobs around my area. There should be a way to increase the job radius. Otherwise account setup was easy and everything seems to work well so far Update - looks like I was wrong. You can change it in the settings under my info.

First time user. Everything went smoothly. It would be nice to be able to track the shoveler arrival. Used the app again today following snowfall. Again, smooth transaction with app and pleased with the job. Same comment as above regarding tracking. Used again after snowfall and was very pleased with procedure and results. Still have same comment about tracking.
