I have been using Symtten from the past two years and this service is amazing for someone like me who is not sure how the actually product would be like on their skin , hair or in general. The app is user friendly and will give so many options and variety from top brands to be explored.

this is a very bad app.. it is fraud. I have ordered something. I paid my payment through gpay. But it was not delivered. It is still showing that my order has been delivered though it wasn't. I raised my issue but the app has not responded. Also , there's no helpline number to contact. It was very bad experience. Don't make any Payment through this app.

I am experiencing such a bad experience for the first time. My order was shipped and the delivery agent actually arrived at my place. But he said he couldn't deliver because we didn't receive the OTP. Understandable. But when I asked if he could make a call or something to verify the phone number, he couldn't. That also I understand. He left. After that I tried contacting your delivery partner, they are saying they couldn't accept call because it is not registered phone number.
