Whether you are an independent mobile mechanic or own a full-service garage, Sponto Partner connects you with vehicle owners in your service area or city who need immediate roadside assistance, routine maintenance, and other vehicle services.

Sponto Partner allows service partners to receive and manage vehicle service requests through the app. Available requests can be presented based on location and service availability. Partners can review and manage bookings, service activities, and related job information through the app.

MANAGE VEHICLE SERVICE REQUESTS:
Receive notifications for available vehicle service requests. Depending on the service type and partner availability, requests may include roadside assistance, scheduled garage visits, or other vehicle service requirements. Review request details and manage applicable jobs through the app.

SERVICE CATALOG, PRICING:
Use the Catalog Manager to add your services, such as oil changes, AC repair, denting, and other vehicle services, and set your base price. The app provides service and payment information for completed jobs.

FLEXIBLE SERVICE MODES:
• Mobile Mechanics: Access navigation to the customer's location for on-site vehicle services.
• Garage Services: Receive and manage bookings for customers visiting your service location.
• Vehicle Takeaway: Assign an internal mechanic to pick up a customer's vehicle, service it at your facility, and return it.

DIGITAL SERVICE LOGBOOK:
When a service is completed, the app generates a digital service record for the vehicle's service history. This helps maintain a consistent digital record of services performed.

HOW IT WORKS:
Complete KYC onboarding using Aadhaar, PAN, and your garage license.
1. Build your service catalog and set your base prices.
2. Turn your status to "Online" to receive available service requests.
3. Accept jobs, complete the service, and manage your service payments through the app.

LOCATION INFORMATION:
To support location-based service requests and roadside assistance dispatch, Sponto Partner may use your location information, including background location when enabled for mobile service activities.
