Why only 26 words? We made a deliberate choice. Unlike apps that throw hundreds or thousands of words at a child, Tap & Learn starts with just 26 carefully chosen words — one for each letter of the alphabet. The reason is simple: children, especially toddlers, learn best through repetition and familiarity. Too many words at once leads to confusion and forgetting. Research shows that when a child is shown an image paired with a clear, consistent name, they can reliably recognize and recall it within just 2–3 days of brief daily interaction. Quality over quantity — always.
