About this app
TechCRM is a field service management app for service businesses and their technicians. Assign jobs, follow every visit, collect proof of work on site, bill the customer and keep spare parts under control, from one app.
TechCRM is a business tool. Accounts are created by your company's administrator; there is no public sign-up.
FOR TECHNICIANS
• See today's jobs with the customer's address, product and problem.
• Check in and out for attendance, and record the distance travelled.
• Call the customer with one tap and log call attempts.
• Accept, start and complete jobs, or mark them pending, rescheduled or not attended with a reason.
• Capture proof of work: job sheet, invoice, warranty card, product and serial number photos, and a short video.
• Save & Hold: waiting on one document? Save everything else and add only the missing item later.
• Create the bill with service charges and spare parts, then print it on a Bluetooth printer or share it as a PDF.
• Keep working on a weak connection: updates and photos are saved on the phone and sent automatically when you are back online.
• Get notified when a new job is assigned to you.
• View your own spare-part stock and request more.
• Check your own reports: collections, distance, job status and performance.
FOR ADMINS AND MANAGERS
• Create and assign jobs, or import many at once from Excel or CSV.
• Follow every job and see its full history, including reassignments.
• Dashboard of completed, pending, not attended, spare-part-pending and rescheduled jobs for each month.
• Reports for any date range: revenue, completion rate, warranty split and team performance.
• Export reports to Excel, including bill numbers for every collection.
• Manage spare parts across the warehouse and technicians, with low-stock alerts, stock values and stock requests.
• View attendance and technician activity.
• Review completed jobs and download bills, photos and videos.
BUILT FOR SERVICE TEAMS
• Suitable for appliance service, AC and installation teams, and other field service businesses.
• Works for single or multiple branches, with each admin seeing their own branch.
• Also available as a web admin panel for the office.
PERMISSIONS
• Location: used only while the app is open, to record check-in, attendance and distance. No background location.
• Camera and microphone: to take proof-of-work photos and short videos.
• Photos and videos: only when you choose to attach an existing file.
• Bluetooth: only to connect to a bill printer.
• Notifications: to tell you about new job assignments.
