3 weeks ago, my USB hub quit working. I set a new one. After doing so, all my rooms, blinds, scenes, etc. were gone in the app. I tried to contact their support, and after several days of getting no response, I decided to set them all up again... then when doing that, the app tells me they already exist. I could even be understand if that, BUT where I am frustrated is that for nearly a week now I've been trying to get tech support and have absolutely zero response. Not acceptable.

Absolute garbage app and hub for otherwise lovely smart shades. everyone wants to offer a "smart" product but very few companies have the technology to actually back it up. I wish I had investigated the app more before investing in these expensive motorized shades that simply do not work. Extremely frustrating experience after spending so much money. Go with HD instead.
