Time Miner helps legal professionals organize and convert call and text activity into billable time entries associated with their clients and matters.
The app is designed to support professionals who communicate with clients through phone calls and text messages and need a structured way to create time entries based on that activity.
How Time Miner Works
1. Login & Contact Selection
Users sign in to the Time Miner mobile app and choose which contacts are considered billable.
Only contacts explicitly marked by the user are included in time entry creation.
2. Permission-Based Sync
Time Miner requests permissions only with clear user consent.
Users can choose to sync:
Call logs
SMS / text message activity
(or both)
Nothing is collected automatically. Sync actions are always initiated by the user.
3. Time Entry Creation
Based on selected billable contacts:
Call and text activity is analyzed
Time entries are created and associated with the correct client or matter
Only activity related to billable contacts is processed
4. Mobile Sync, Web Review
The mobile app is used solely to sync call and text activity to the Time Miner system.
Users can then log in to the web portal using the same credentials:
