About this app

Trustian is the field-collection partner app for TrustLab Diagnostics. It is exclusively for verified TrustLab Trustians — trained phlebotomists who handle home blood and sample collection on behalf of TrustLab's NABL-accredited laboratory network.

If you're a patient looking to book a home test, please download the "TrustLab Diagnostics" app instead — this app will not work without a verified TrustLab partner ID.

▸ Receive Job Offers in Real Time
When a sample-collection booking is dispatched to you, the app fires a full-screen alert with the patient's address, test list, payout, and slot time. Accept or decline in one tap — even when your phone is locked.

▸ See Today's Schedule at a Glance
Your dashboard shows today's upcoming pickups, the rest of the week, and a clear history of completed jobs. Filter by status (Today / Upcoming / Completed) and tap any job for full details.

▸ Navigate to Patient Addresses
Tap the address on a job card to launch Google Maps with turn-by-turn directions. Click-to-call the patient if you need to confirm anything before arrival.

▸ Track Your Earnings
Weekly and monthly earnings, average payout per job, and a complete payout history — all in one place. Set your preferred UPI or bank account as the default, and your earnings are paid out automatically each cycle.

▸ Live Status Updates
Mark a booking "En route" when you start the trip, "Collected" when the sample is in your kit, and "Submitted" when you hand off to the lab. The customer sees your live progress on their end — fewer "where are you?" calls.

▸ KYC & Document Management
Upload your identity, address and phlebotomy-training credentials from inside the app. The TrustLab admin team reviews and activates new partners within 24 working hours. Once you're verified, you can start accepting jobs.

Every job offer, KYC update, and admin message stays in your in-app inbox. Never lose track of an alert again.

ABOUT THE PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR

We only request what's needed to do the job. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't access it when you're off the clock.

• Location — used only when you're actively on a job (status = "En route" through "Collected") so the patient can see your live progress. Pauses immediately when the job ends.
• Camera — used to capture your KYC documents and your profile photo.
• Notifications — used to receive incoming job offers + KYC updates from the admin team.
