Youcan is an application licensed by the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
It is one of the services provided by the Yokan Medical Center, which specializes in mental health, which enables specialists to provide immediate and scheduled sessions through the application.

How can you join the Yokan application:
- Register an account via the application
Sign the specialist agreement that you will receive via e-mail
- Enter the application and go to the More menu, then click on the Consultation Settings option and select your preferred settings
- Head again to the More interface and the abnormal tab on the schedule option and specify the times available for booking each day
Go to the More menu, click on the Wallet and Billing option, then click on Bank Account Information and enter your data

Now you can receive orders from customers
You will find all past, active and upcoming orders in the My Appointments list
When the appointment time comes, go to the My Appointments list, click on the appointment, and then enter the session by clicking on Connect
You can communicate with the customer through messages by clicking on the chat option
